Frame

2020
Light installation,
German Maritime Museum (DSM),
Leibniz-Institute for Maritime History,
Bremerhaven

Shortly before the 30th anniversary of German reunification, the permanent light installation FRAME went into operation in the Bangert building of the German Maritime Museum, Leibniz Institute for Maritime History (DSM). The illuminated frame bathes the themes of the museum in many colors and makes them visible from afar. On the occasion of the holiday weekend, the DSM, in cooperation with Xenorama – Studio for audio-visual art, is also staging the tide calculator from the GDR.
